I was really sceptical that we would get any improvements as we had done a sleep training course before which didn’t work and involved a lot of crying which I wasn’t comfortable with. Nicola, our sleep queen saviour! After almost 2 years of never getting a full night’s sleep and disturbed hours all night it had definitely taken it’s toll and I decided to look for a sleep consultant to help. I didn’t want any cry it out methods or independent sleeping (as we co-sleep) so I needed to do some research on who would work best for us. I came across Nicola and instantly knew she would be the best person for the job! She offered a free sleep assessment to discuss on a personal level how she could help. Before working with Nicola, a typical night would be waking at 1am ready and roaring to go after only 4-5 hours sleep! We’ve worked daily over the past month changing/tweaking nap times, making sure energy levels are maximised for sleep and the change in sleep pattern has been absolutely amazing! We now have a much more solid sleep until at least 5-6am! There has also been numerous occasions where he has slept solidly from 9pm until 6.30am. He has never managed this much sleep in almost 2 years! I highly recommend Nicola for any sleep concerns.
