A sleep assessment call is free and non-obligation. Lasting 15 minutes, it gives us the chance to have a friendly chat. You can discuss your sleep challenges with me and I can tell you a little more about how I work. It also gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions you have. It can be helpful to work out together what your sleep challenges are, the goals that you had in mind and which type of support would be the best for your situation.
After the call, you are welcome to go away and have some time to think about whether you would like to work with me and book a support package.
